COVID-19 SHIPPING UPDATE: Please note that due to Covid-19 some shipments are taking much longer to delver than expected. This matter is out of our hands, we will provide you with a tracking number for each order and we ask you follow up with carrier for any transit updates. At the moment we are currently shipping both domestic and international orders. If we are unable to ship to you, we will contact you asap and your order will be held until we are able to ship again.
All orders will be processed five days a week and shipped Monday – Friday from 9:00am – 2:00pm PST. All orders being placed with NEXT DAY SHIPPING or TWO DAY SHIPPING must be placed before 12:00pm PST in order to receive your package within the corrective time frame. Good Beauty LA does not offer shipping or delivery on weekends or holidays. If you place your order after hours, on a weekend or holiday, your order will be processed and shipped the following business day.
Good Beauty LA does not offer refunds or exchange on any orders. However we do offer exchange or store credit in the event an item is damaged. You have 14 days from the day shipment was delivered to you to notify us via email at info@goodbeautyla.com and return item back to Good Beauty LA. All Good Beauty LA original tags must be attached in its original placement as well as the item must be returned with its original plastic packaging. Item(s) must be returned to us unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused. For hygiene reasons, we will be unable accept exchanges on all bodysuits and swim suits. Any item sent to us with stains (makeup, deodorant, etc.) will not be accepted for an exchange or store credit and a reshipping fee will be applied.
SHIPPING INFORMATION: All GROUND SHIPPING orders placed before 2:00 pm PST will be shipped out the same day following verification and credit authorization. All orders being placed with NEXT DAY SHIPPING or TWO DAY SHIPPING must be placed before 12:00 pm PST to have your package ship out the same day (no deliveries on weekends or holidays). Please make sure your billing information is input correctly at the time of checkout. In the event that your billing information is input incorrectly, your order may be delayed if additional information is needed. If you fail to receive an order update due to MANUAL VERIFICATION requirement, please feel free to contact us via email with your order number and we will be able to further assist you. Good Beauty LA reserves the right to cancel any order due to potential fraud.
PO BOXES and APO/FPO or U.S. TERRITORIES : We accept orders being shipped to PO boxes and APO/FPO or U.S. territories. Orders to these addresses will always ship via USPS Priority Mail service. If you are experiencing any difficulties, please feel free to contact info@goodbeautyla.com
DOMESTIC SHIPPING : Free shipping on all domestic orders that exceed $75 before taxes and after any discount code is applied (customer must add discount code at checkout). If your order does not qualify for free shipping, we offer our $6.40 flat rate ground shipping (offer excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Virgin Islands). All packages are shipped with USPS, UPS.
TRACKING YOUR PACKAGE: Good Beauty LA offers tracking information on all orders. You will be able to track your package from beginning to end during transit. Please make the necessary arrangements to be present at the time of delivery. Good Beauty LA will not be held responsible for orders that show “DELIVERED”.
A $15 return shipment fee will be applied if your package is returned to our Good Beauty LA by our provider under the same label for any reason (return shipment may vary on international shipments).
SALES ITEMS: All items on our SALE tab are non-refundable, non-returnable and non-exchangeable. All items on our SALE tab are FINAL SALE. All discounted items are also FINAL SALE. We reserve the right to add or remove items from our SALE tab at any time.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We ship to most international countries. Shipping cost will be calculated at the checkout page after the billing and shipping address have been input. Transit time can vary depending on what option you select. Post Priority Mail - Transit time varies 7 - 14 business days. For this shipping option your order is shipped with the United States Postal Service. Once your package reaches your country, it will be transferred to your local mail carrier who will then fulfill your delivery.
DHL Express can take anywhere from 3 to 5 Business days.
Please Note: International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination, and are the sole responsibility of the customer. MissLola.com cannot predict what your particular duties, taxes, cutoffs fees may be. MissLola.com is not responsible for payment of customs, taxes, and duties. Orders that are refused will be charged the original shipping plus return shipping to us, or subject to become a total loss.
